Where do you source your durians?

Our durians are locally grown at Gali Estate in Raub, Pahang. It is solely owned by AYER Holdings Berhad.

What is the difference between Musang King Premium and Musang King Classic?

Musang King Premium durians are durians from very mature trees >35 years old while Musang King Classic durians are from younger trees.

Delivery timing

To ensure freshness of the durian pulp packed, delivery will be within same day for pre-orders during durian season. Normal orders would be delivered within 1-2days. Customers are encouraged to place pre-orders during durian season or when pre-orders/booking of durians are available.

Can I self-collection and where?

For self-collection, it’s anytime during our opening hours from 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday at AYER Bukit Puchong Sales Gallery.

We covered most of KL/PJ area and now we have added the below area to our coverage list

  • Puchong Sunway, Subang Jaya, USJ, Setia Alam, Shah Alam.
  • Sri Petaling, TTDI, Bangsar, Petaling Jaya, Taman Desa, Bukit Jalil, Seri Kembangan, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya
What if I'm out of coverage area?

You may contact us and see if we are able to make any arrangement with the riders.

Where can I buy your products?

Our products are available online via our website.

What are the available payment methods?

Fill up your shopping cart and choose checkout when you’re done. We only accept payments via credit cards and FPX via our payment gateway Senangpay.

What is the best way to consume the frozen durian?

Our durian is freshly frozen daily. The sealed pack is ready-to-eat at your convenience. It is best to let it defrost/thaw in the fridge for at least 6 hours. You may also let it thaw at room temperature. Once is opened it is best to consume it within 3 days.

What if the fruits are damaged?

We will have them replaced with evidence of the damaged fruit. Please refer to our refund policy.
