Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Unless the cancellation of order(s) request is made before processing of delivery, all items sold is not returnable and refundable except for the following:

Incorrect delivery

The durian item is not the durian item that customer have purchased. Wrong size or type as indicated on the order summary or missing items inside the delivery package.

Damaged items/goods during delivery

Durian items that are found to be tampered with.

2. Only durian items that had been purchased directly from Gali Estate durian can be eligible for a return/refund, and meet the following requirements:
a. Proof of purchase (order invoice and receipt)
b. Proof of damaged items (eg: photo to be taken of the damaged item or packaging tampered)
c. Item must be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging/ box and any free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unopened, items inside the packaging unused, not eaten, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

3. Customers are advised to inspect the general condition of the products immediately upon receipt of the delivery.

4. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order has been accepted by customers.

5. Gali Estate reserves the right to reject any cancellation, returns that is deemed unfit or unreasonable.
